Reservations and Payment
Reservations, pricing, fees, payment, cancellation terms, refunds, and security deposits are handled through Airbnb or VRBO. The final terms displayed and accepted on the booking platform at the time of reservation control your booking. Website information is not a binding offer and may change without notice.
Guest Eligibility and Responsibility
The person making a reservation must meet the age and identity requirements of the applicable booking platform and is responsible for the conduct of all guests. Occupancy may not exceed the number confirmed in the reservation.

Mountain properties and outdoor areas may include natural and ordinary risks such as uneven ground, stairs, wildlife, changing weather, water features, and limited lighting. Guests are responsible for using reasonable care, supervising children, and following posted or provided safety guidance.
Damage and Additional Charges
Guests may be responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, rule violations, or other charges allowed under the booking platform???s policies and the rental agreement.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, King Mountain Rentals LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
